The duties of the Tax Collector for Hatfield
Township shall henceforth be deemed to include providing real estate
certifications when requested in order to facilitate real estate settlements
or for various other reasons of land parcels within the Township.
The Tax Collector is empowered to charge a fee
of $35 per certification to be paid by either the owner of the property
or such other person or persons requesting the certification be provided.
The charge for certification as provided may
be increased or decreased as determined by resolution, adopted by
the Township Commissioners.
