Fees shall be established by the municipality to cover plan
review and construction inspection costs incurred by the municipality.
The municipality shall periodically update the review and inspection
fee schedule to ensure that review costs are adequately reimbursed.
The fees required by this chapter (unless otherwise waived by
the municipality) shall, at a minimum, cover:
A.
Administrative costs.
B.
The review of the stormwater (SWM) site plan by the Township or Township
Engineer, including review of as-built drawings.
C.
Site inspections, including but not limited to preconstruction meetings,
inspection of SWM facilities and drainage improvements during construction,
and final inspections upon completion of the stormwater facilities
and BMPs.
D.
Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions regulated
by this chapter, correct violations, and assure proper completion
of stipulated remedial actions.
