Township of Salem, PA Article IX Appeals

§ 91-34 Appeals to township.

Any person, partnership, corporation or organization aggrieved by any action of the township or its designee may appeal to the Township Board of Supervisors within 30 days of that action.

§ 91-35 Appeals to Court.

Any person, partnership, corporation or organization aggrieved by any decision of the Township Board of Supervisors may appeal to the Wayne County Court within 30 days of that decision.
