A. 
All previous ordinances and resolutions relating to the Whitpain Township Nonuniformed Employees' Pension Plan with an effective date prior to the adoption date of the amendment and restatement of the plan are hereby repealed with respect to benefits accruing on or after the amendment and restatement effective date. The Whitpain Township Nonuniformed Employees' Pension Plan, as amended and restated effective January 1, 2008, is hereby enacted.
B. 
All previous ordinances and resolutions relating to the Whitpain Township Nonuniformed Employees' Pension Fund with an effective date prior to the adoption date of the amendment and restatement of the trust are hereby repealed. The Whitpain Township Nonuniformed Employees' Pension Plan Trust Agreement, as amended and restated effective January 1, 2008, is hereby enacted.
The Whitpain Township Manager and the Whitpain Township Finance Director are hereby appointed as the Chief Administrative Officers of the plan. The Whitpain Township Manager and the Whitpain Township Finance Director, as the agents of the Township, are authorized and directed to execute the attached amendment and restatement of the plan and the attached amendment and restatement of the trust.[1] The Whitpain Township Board of Supervisors is hereby confirmed as the trustee of the trust.
