A. 
Principal permitted uses: detached one-family dwellings.
B. 
Accessory uses: such uses as are accessory and customarily incidental to the principal permitted use, including but not limited to garage or garages and parking facilities to serve a principal permitted use; the storing of private motor vehicles owned by the owner; and personal recreation facilities, such as unlighted swimming pools and unlighted tennis courts.
C. 
Conditional uses: professional home office of a physician; houses of worship; supplementary apartments, lighted personal recreation facilities.

Principal permitted use: playgrounds, bird sanctuaries, woodland areas and usual and generally accepted park facilities, structures and uses.

Accessory uses: such uses as are accessory and customarily incidental to the principal permitted use.

Conditional uses: wireless communications antennas and wireless communications towers in accordance with the conditions, standards and limitations specified in § 170-142 of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
