The rate for sewer usage within the Borough of Essex Fells shall
be an annual rate of $450 per connection, effective January 1, 2023.
A penalty of 8% per annum up to $1,500 delinquency, 18% per annum
over $1,500 delinquency if not paid within 30 days of the bill. A
6% additional penalty for a delinquency over $10,000 if not paid prior
to the end of the calendar year.

The mailing of and due date of such bill shall be determined
by the Tax Collector and Chief Financial Officer.

A penalty in an amount to be established by the Borough Council
by annual resolution shall be added to every bill that is not paid
within 30 days of the date on which it is due.
