[HISTORY: Adopted by the Annual Town Meeting of the Town of Lexington 4-3-1967 by Art. 83 as Art. XVII of the 1967 Bylaws. Amendments noted where applicable.]

The Town shall have Trustees of Public Trusts, as set forth in the Acts of 1910, Chapter 107 whose members shall be appointed by the Select Board as set forth in Section 2B of the Selectmen - Town Manager Act (Chapter 753 of the Acts of 1968, as amended).[1]

The Trustees of Public Trusts as a part of their annual report in relation to all funds, except funds for the perpetual care of cemetery lots, shall give a brief statement identifying the donor and the particular object for which the fund was established.
