All public and semipublic pools in the Town
of Lexington shall conform to all requirements of 105 CMR 435.000,
Minimum Sanitation for Swimming Pools, State Sanitary Code, Chapter
V.
All public and semipublic bathing beaches in
the Town of Lexington shall conform to all requirements of 105 CMR
445.000, Minimum Standards for Bathing Beaches, State Sanitary Code,
Chapter VII.
All semipublic and public pools and all bathing
beaches will maintain a lifeguard as required by the Board of Health
during all hours during which swimming is allowed. Swimming by members
of an association or the public at any swimming or bathing facility
without a lifeguard present will be allowed only after approval of
a variance to these regulations by the Board of Health.
