GENERAL REFERENCES
Officers and employees — See Ch. 39.
The Town of Copake, Columbia County, New York,
hereby elects to adopt and participate in the plan provided by § 50,
Subdivision 3-a, of the Workers' Compensation Law, for mutual self
insurance on the assessment plan of the County of Columbia and of
such of the cities, villages and towns therein as have elected or
may elect to participate therein, for the payment of compensation
under said Workers' Compensation Law to the employees of the several
participating municipalities, including volunteer firemen to the limits
as fixed by § 205 of the General Municipal Law; and in accordance
with Resolution No. 18 of the Board of Supervisors of Columbia County,
adopted January 22, 1943.
