GENERAL REFERENCES

This Town Board does hereby designate the following boards as the local agency[1] within the Town of Cornwall as set forth below:
A. 
The Town Board of the Town of Cornwall shall act as the local agency in all matters involving SEQR and the Town of Cornwall except as set forth below.
B. 
The Zoning Board of Appeals shall act as the local agency of the Town of Cornwall in all SEQR matters which involve variances or special permits under the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Cornwall.[2]

The Planning Board of the Town of Cornwall will act as the local agency in all SEQR matters involving subdivisions, site plan approvals and any other matters referred to it by the Town Board of the Town of Cornwall.
