Traffic control signals shall be installed and
operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule
I in this chapter.
The speed limit for both directions of traffic
along the streets or part thereof described in Schedule II in this
chapter is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
The streets or parts of streets described in
Schedule III in this chapter are hereby designated as one-way streets
in the direction indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule IV in
this chapter are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs
shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in the Schedule
V in this chapter are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield
signs shall be installed as provided therein.

Trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors, tractor-trailer
combinations, tractor-semitrailer combinations or tractor-trailer-semitrailer
combinations are hereby excluded from the highways or parts of the
highways described in Schedule VI in this chapter with the weight
limitations set forth in Schedule VI. Such exclusions shall not be
construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other
property along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations
are otherwise excluded.
