The provisions of the above legislation are
declared applicable to the Village of Dobbs Ferry.[1]

the General Business Law), as stated in the preamble to L.L. No. 12-1978.
A certified copy of this chapter shall be filed
forthwith in the office of the Attorney General of the State of New
York at Albany, New York, so that this legislation shall become effective
in the Village of Dobbs Ferry on the 30th day next succeeding the
date of filing.
