A.
Village trucks may be used by the various civic organizations
in the Village for charitable purposes, provided permission therefor
is granted by the Board of Trustees. A written request for the use
of a truck must be filed with the Board at least two weeks in advance
of the date of the requested use.
B.
A truck may only be used for such purposes when not
scheduled for regular Village use and provided no emergency need for
the use of the truck has arisen even though permission may have been
granted by the Board. A truck must be driven by an authorized Village
driver, and the organization shall reimburse the Village for the expense
of such driver.
