[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the
Town of Dover 4-26-1960. Amendments noted where applicable.]
A Recreation Commission be and hereby is established
in the Town of Dover which shall possess all the powers and be subject
to all the responsibilities of local authorities under Article 13
of the General Municipal Law.

The appointed members of such Commission are
all to serve without pay.

The Recreation Commission shall consist of up
to seven members. As each member's term expires, the successor to
such member shall be named for a term of seven years.
