This article shall be known as the "Ordinance
Regulating Traffic."
The definition of terms as set forth in the
Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York shall apply to this
article.

The first-mentioned county roads and town highways
at the following intersections in the Town of Eden are hereby designated
as through highways, and traffic stop signs shall be erected and maintained
at the points of intersection of the second-mentioned county roads
and town highways with the first-mentioned such roads and highways,
and all traffic approaching such through roads and highways at said
intersections shall stop before entering.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall be guilty of a traffic infraction and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be punishable pursuant to the provisions of § 1800
of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Parking is prohibited at the following locations:
A.
Except Legion members, on the north side of Legion
Drive, from a point 661 feet, more or less, east of the east edge
of Route 62 and going easterly for a distance of 129 feet, more or
less.
B.
On the east edge of Jennings Road from a point 840
feet, more or less, north of the north edge of Schoolview Drive and
going northerly a distance of 1,301 feet, more or less, to the south
edge of Old Jennings Road.
C.
On all public highways within the boundaries of the
Town of Eden, excluding state highways, from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
from November 1 to April 1.

D.
On either
side of New Oregon Road from the intersection of Clarksburg Road,
southeast a distance of 680 feet, more or less.

E.
On the
north side of Schoolview Drive from its intersection with U.S. Route
62 (also known as North Main Street) and going easterly along the
north side of Schoolview Drive a distance of 1,075 feet, more or less,
to National Grid utility pole number 8.

Standing is prohibited at the following locations:
A.
On the south side of Legion Drive beginning at the
east edge of Route 62 and going easterly a distance of 220 feet, more
or less.
B.
On the south side of Legion Drive beginning at a point
378 feet, more or less, east of the east edge of Route 62 and going
easterly a distance of 283 feet, more or less.
C.
On the north side of Legion Drive beginning at a point
378 feet, more or less, east of the east edge of Route 62 and going
easterly a distance of 283 feet, more or less.
D.
On the south side of Florence Avenue beginning at
the east edge of Route 62 and going easterly a distance of 324 feet,
more or less.
E.
On the south side of Keller Road beginning at a point
394 feet from the east edge of East Eden Road and going easterly a
distance of 387 feet, more or less.
