A. 
Parking is not allowed on Village streets that contain clearly marked ''No Parking" signs.
B. 
Any vehicle parked in a no-parking zone will be subject to being towed away at the expense of the owner and/or a fine of up to $25 per occurrence.
A. 
In order to maintain proper snow removal, no parking will be allowed on the streets within the limits of the Village of Fair Haven during the hours from 12:00 midnight to 7:00 a.m. from December 1 through April 1.

B. 
Any vehicle parked on the streets of the Village of Fair Haven during these hours shall be subject to being towed away at the expense of the owner or to a fine of not to exceed $25, or to both.
C. 
In order to maintain proper snow removal, no parking will be allowed on Fancher Avenue, Village of Fair Haven, at any time from December 1 through April 1, except during regular business hours at places of business.

A. 
No vehicle shall be parked upon any crosswalk or in such a manner as to obstruct any driveway.
B. 
No vehicle shall be parked in front of the Village firehouse.
C. 
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be liable and subject to a penalty of not to exceed $25 for each and every offense.
