A. 
All maps shall have a title, scale, North arrow and date.
B. 
All maps shall be on a topographical survey map as required for the preliminary plat or on an enlargement of the most recent United States Geological Survey quadrangle to a scale of one inch to 200 feet, and showing contours at intervals of not more than 20 feet, or may be a freehand sketch on a print of such a map, and must have:
(1) 
Subdivision boundaries.
(2) 
Park and recreation areas.
(3) 
Names of owners and approximate boundaries of all contiguous properties of more than one acre in area.
C. 
Development data shall contain:
(1) 
Land characteristics of the site.
(2) 
Availability of existing and proposed utilities, schools, parks and playgrounds.
(3) 
Total acreage of subdivision and number of lots proposed.
(4) 
Typical width and depth of lots.
(5) 
Building types and approximate square feet of living area in dwelling.
D. 
Legal data shall contain:
(1) 
Name and address of subdivider.
(2) 
Name and address of owner.

Less than 10 acres: sheet size of 17 inches by 22 inches, with a scale of one inch equals 50 feet.

(2) 
Bearings and distances of tract boundary lines and reference to control points. (Boundaries of lands by owners' names are not to be considered as bearings of control points.)
(3) 
Location and dimensions of existing and proposed:
(a) 
Streets, public facilities or land, easements and similar features.
(b) 
Facilities or land dedicated or reserved for public use.
(c) 
Utilities on and adjacent to the tract, including invert elevation of sanitary, storm and combined sewers and water mains; gas lines, fire hydrants, electric and telephone facilities and streetlights; invert elevation of sewers at proposed points of connection; direction and distance of sewers not adjacent to tract to which connections are proposed and invert elevations at points of connection.
(4) 
Topography.
(a) 
For land with average slope of less than 2%, contour lines at not more than one-foot intervals.
(b) 
For land with average slope of 2% to 10%, contour lines at not more than two-foot intervals.
(c) 
For land with average slope exceeding 10%, contour lines at not more than five-foot intervals.
(d) 
Datum plane for all topographic information shall be that of the United States Geological Survey.
(5) 
Location of percolation test sites, if required.
(6) 
Names or numbers of:
(a) 
Owners of adjoining land.
(b) 
Adjoining subdivisions.
(c) 
Proposed subdivision.
(d) 
Proposed streets.
(e) 
Blocks and lots.
(f) 
Owner and subdivider.
C. 
Location and neighborhood maps shall have:
(1) 
Subdivision location and boundaries.
(2) 
Location of adjoining tracts and subdivisions and existing and planned streets, public facilities and watercourses within 400 feet of any part of the subdivision.
(3) 
Scale of one inch to 400 feet; to one inch to 2,000 feet.
D. 
Submission of preliminary plats. All plats shall be submitted to the Planning Board for the approval in final form; however, in the case of a major subdivision, the owner may submit a preliminary plat for consideration. Such a preliminary plat shall be clearly marked “preliminary plat” and shall conform to the definition provided in this section. A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) consistent with the requirements of Village Code § 187-74 shall be required for preliminary plat approval. The SWPPP shall meet the performance and design criteria and standards of Village Code § 187-74. The approval of preliminary subdivision plats shall be consistent with Local Law No. 6 of 2006.

E. 
Drawings shall show:
(1) 
Tentative street cross sections and center-line profiles.
(2) 
Preliminary sketches of any bridges or culverts.
(3) 
General feasibility of sewer design and stormwater drainage.
(4) 
Time schedule of operations.
F. 
Legal data shall contain:
(1) 
Draft of restrictions of all types which will run with the land and become covenants in the deed for lots.
(2) 
Draft of offers of cession as required.

Accurate dimensions, bearing or deflection angles of all straight lines, except interior parallel lines bound by outermost parallel lines which are prescribed by dimension and bearings; error of closure may not exceed one foot in 5,000; and

Radii, arcs and central angles of all curves.
(b) 
For other rights-of-way, including open drainage across private properties and easements, the name, bearings and width are required. Utilities shall have a minimum easement width of 20 feet.
(4) 
Survey data; primary control points, or descriptions and ties to such control points to which all dimensions, angles, bearings and similar data on map are referred. (Lands by owner's name are not to be considered as bearing or control points.)
(5) 
Information beyond subdivision boundary required for preliminary plan need not be shown except for boundary streets.
C. 
Location and neighborhood maps shall have:
(1) 
Corrected and updated data from preliminary plat.
(2) 
If final plat is drawn in two or more sections, locations of the areas should be indicated.
D. 
Development data shall contain:
(1) 
Corrected and updated development data from preliminary plat.
(2) 
Detailed drawings and specifications for:
(a) 
All improvements shown on the preliminary plat development data drawings.
(b) 
Sanitary sewage disposal system.
(c) 
Water supply system.
(d) 
Storm drainage system, both piped and open flow.
(e) 
A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) consistent with the requirements of § 187-74 of the Village Code and with the terms of preliminary plat approval shall be required for final subdivision plat approval. The SWPPP shall meet the performance and design standards contained in § 187-74 and in Local Law No. 6 of 2006. Final plat approval shall be consistent with said section of the Village Code and said local law.

E. 
Legal data shall contain:
(1) 
Corrected and updated legal data from preliminary plat.
(2) 
Such other certificates, affidavits, endorsements or agreements as may be required by the Planning Board in enforcement of this chapter.
