Upon the following streets or parts of streets vehicular traffic shall move only in the direction indicated below and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle in any other direction:
Beech Street, between Warren Street and Clinton Street, in a westerly direction
Cedar Street, between Warren Street and Clinton Street, in a westerly direction
Edwards Lane, between East Genesee Street and Elm Street, in a northerly direction
Limestone Plaza, between New East Genesee Street and Brooklea Drive, in a westerly direction
Salt Springs Street, from Spring Street to South Manlius Street, in an easterly direction
South Burdick Street, from Thompson Street to Highbridge Street, in a southerly direction
Walnut Street, from East Genesee Street to Clinton Street, in a southerly direction
Walnut Street, from East Genesee Street to Orchard Street, in a southerly direction

The following streets are hereby designated as main arteries of travel, and all vehicles approaching such main arteries of travel from the following streets shall, before entering a main artery, come to a full stop, unless otherwise directed by a peace officer or signal, at a point nearest the intersecting roadway where the driver has a view of the approaching traffic on the intersecting roadway before entering the intersection, such stop being in accordance with the stop signs as placed. A driver of a vehicle having stopped shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle which is approaching so closely on the main artery as to constitute an immediate traffic hazard and shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian legally crossing the roadway on which he is driving.

A. 
No person, corporation, public body or other entity, except in the case of an emergency vehicle, shall operate or cause to be operated on Sheffield Lane for the purpose of through traffic in the Village limits of the Village of Fayetteville any motor vehicle, as defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, which has a gross weight in excess of 7,000 pounds.
