The purpose of this chapter is to reduce the danger of loss
of life due to sudden impact with unmarked wires, cables and bars.

access to land within the Town of Fishkill which are installed or

sheathing along the entire length of the cable. All such marking devices,
except for the sheathing, shall be fastened to the cable at no less
than three-foot intervals and shall be of red or orange reflective
material.
Failure to comply with §
104-2 of this chapter shall result in a fine of no less than $250 per incident.
The Town Zoning Administrator is hereby designated the enforcing
officer.
