GENERAL REFERENCES
Building construction — See Ch. 85.
The Building Inspector, Acting Building Inspector or any person appointed
by the Mayor to act in the absence of the Building Inspector and any other
person designated by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Trustees to serve
as a compliance officer is hereby authorized to issue and to serve appearance
tickets with respect to violations of the provisions of the Code of the Village
of Flower Hill.
An appearance ticket may be served personally or in such other manner
as permitted by law.
The form of the appearance ticket shall be as follows or in any substantially
similar form as adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Flower
Hill:
