No person shall own, possess, maintain, keep
or harbor any wild or undomesticated animals, including but not limited
to horses, cattle, sheep, swine, goats or any geese, ducks, hens,
chickens or other fowl upon any private property or upon any street
or public place in the Village of Flower Hill.
