Village of Flower Hill, NY Article I Public Disorder

[Adopted 1-6-1976 as Art. I of Ch. 52 of the 1976 Code]

§ 165-1 Public disorder prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to indulge in disorderly, noisy or riotous conduct of any kind or use any profane, vulgar or obscene language or to expose his or their person or persons indecently or to cause riotous conduct or disturb the peace and quiet of the village or any meeting or assembly therein, in the Village of Flower Hill.
