The office of the City Clerk shall be kept open for the transaction
of business on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m.
until 3:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The office of
the City Clerk shall be closed for the transaction of business on Saturdays,
Sundays and legal holidays, including civic holidays.
