No person shall commit any of the following acts within any city cemetery:
A. 
Walk or drive any vehicle or other conveyance over or upon any lot or plot except over or upon the paths or roadways provided therefor.
B. 
Leave any vehicle standing in any path or roadway so as to hinder the free passage of other persons or vehicles using said path or roadway.
C. 
Enter into or upon cemetery premises except through the gates and entrances thereto.
D. 
When signs are erected, enter into or upon cemetery premises between the hours of 8:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. without the permission of the Superintendent of Cemeteries.
E. 
Drive any vehicle faster than 15 miles per hour.
F. 
Enter cemetery premises if under 16 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
G. 
It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle, motorcycle or motor-driven cycle on the paths or roadways, at any time, unless the operator is duly licensed to operate pursuant to § 501 or 503 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York and the vehicle must be properly registered pursuant to § 401 or 401-1 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, and vehicle must be inspected pursuant to § 306 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York and has financial security pursuant to § 318 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.

A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or by both said fine and imprisonment. Each day any such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate violation.
