No person shall commit any of the following acts within any of the city
public parking lots:
A.Â
Play ball, frisbee or any other sport involving the throwing
of any object.
B.Â
Throw any snowballs, stones or any missile in, upon or
across any public parking lot or raise or fly a kite or balloon or interfere
in any manner with the free, safe and convenient use of such parking lot by
any person or vehicle.
A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable
by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or
by both said fine and imprisonment. Each day any such violation shall continue
shall constitute a separate violation.
