A. 
Pursuant to the General City Law and the Geneva City Charter and all applicable provisions of this chapter, this chapter may be amended, supplemented and repealed.
B. 
Pursuant to the Geneva City Charter, the Planning Board shall file with the City Clerk its report on any proposed amendment, supplementation or repeal of this chapter within 45 days after such proposal has been referred to the Planning Board or its approval thereof shall be deemed to have been made.
A. 
Any violation of either this article or chapter, as the case may be, shall be punishable as provided in § 1-17 of Chapter 1, General Provisions, of this Code.

B. 
Notwithstanding the foregoing and in addition thereto, the City may bring an action for a mandatory injunction to compel compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
