No person shall operate or park a vehicle on
any street or highway for the sole purpose of displaying advertising
signs. Violation of this section is a civil infraction with a maximum
fine of $60.

No procession or parade, except a funeral as
provided by these rules and orders, excepting the Armed Forces of
the United States, the military forces of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
and the forces of the Police and Fire Departments, shall occupy, march
or proceed along any roadway except in accordance with a permit issued
by the Chief of Police or Select Board and such other regulations
as are set forth herein which may apply.
