No person shall obstruct any street with any kind of vehicle or with boxes, lumber, timber, wood, stone, brick or any other thing whatever, nor shall any of the streets or parks of the Borough be used for games, shows or entertainments of any kind whatsoever without the written permission of the Mayor or the Council.[2]

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provisions of § 1-2, General penalty.
