The office of Town Attorney is hereby abolished.
A.
The Town Board is authorized to employ an attorney
or attorneys to render such legal services as are required by the
Town.
B.
Said attorney or attorneys for the Town shall be retained
as independent contractors to render legal services as same are required.
Claims for payment for legal services must be made by voucher submitted
to the Town with charges as agreed by the Town and the attorneys.
