The annual compensation of the Village Justice
of the Village of Fairport is hereby established as of January 1,
1983, at $9,000. The annual compensation of the Village Justice of
the Village of Fairport as provided herein may be increased, from
time to time, by resolution of the Village Board, provided that any
such increases are part of a uniform percentage salary increase applied
to all Village officers and employees.

The Treasurer of the Village of Fairport is
hereby authorized, empowered and directed to pay the aforesaid compensation
from the funds of the Village of Fairport at such times, places and
under such terms and conditions as the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Fairport may from time to time determine.
