[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Fairport 4-9-1979 by L.L. No. 3-1979 (Ch. 35 of the 1968 Code). Amendments

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Fairport
is hereby authorized to appropriate and expend for publicity purposes
in each fiscal year such sum of money as said Board shall determine
to be in the best interests of the inhabitants of said Village.

The total sum of money appropriated and expended as authorized by § 95-1 shall be established by the Board of Trustees as part of its normal annual budget.
Nothing herein contained shall be construed
so as to remove or raise any limitation of law on the amount in which
said Village may become indebted or on the amount which may be raised
in any one fiscal year by tax for any or all purposes of such Village,
nor shall it be construed so as to remove any restriction of law relating
to the issuance of bonds or other evidences of indebtedness.
