The regulations and districts established under
this chapter may be amended, supplemented, changed, modified or appealed
in accordance with Article 7 of the Village Law. Amendments shall
be adopted in conformity with Article 7 of the Village Law and the
provisions of the Municipal Home Rule Law. Any proposed amendment
shall be submitted to the Planning Board prior to final action thereon
by the Board of Trustees.
