Every owner, part owner, lessee, tenant and
occupant of or person interested in any place, water, ground, room,
building, erection, vessel, vehicle, matter or thing in the Village
of Old Westbury shall keep, place and preserve the same and the sewerage,
drainage and ventilation thereof in such condition and conduct the
same in such manner that it shall not be a nuisance or be dangerous
or prejudicial to life or health.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter
shall pay a penalty of not less than $250 nor more than $10,000 for
each and every offense, and in addition thereto, such violation shall
constitute and is hereby declared to be disorderly conduct, and any
person violating the same shall be and is hereby declared to be a
disorderly person.
