A.
A truck route system, upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of two tons are permitted to travel and operate, shall consist of the highways described in Schedule XVI (§ 201-50).
B.
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of two tons are hereby excluded from all highways within this Village, except for those highways described in Schedule XVI (§ 201-50), except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along a highway from which such vehicles and combinations are excluded.

Every person convicted of violating any provision
of this article shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor
more than $200 for each and every offense and, in addition thereto,
such conduct shall constitute disorderly conduct, and any person convicted
of violating this article or any part thereof shall be and is hereby
declared to be a disorderly person.
