This article shall be known as the "Local Law Applying the Provisions
of Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law to the Establishment of Business
Improvement Districts in the Town of Ontario."
The provisions of Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law are hereby
made applicable to the establishment or extension of business improvement
districts in the Town of Ontario.
This article shall be known as the "Town of Ontario Business Improvement
District Local Law" of the Town of Ontario, Wayne County, New York State.

The Town of Ontario Business Improvement District is
hereby established within the Town of Ontario. The area of the Improvement
District shall consist of tax parcel numbers 63117-14-283473, 63117-14-286447,
63117-14-294474, 63117-14-300475, 63117-14-294448, 63117-14-296439, 63117-14-308473,
63117-14-313466, 63117-14-308443, 63117-14-317466, 63117-14-315441, 63117-14-322464,
63117-14-320439, 63117-14-324437, 63117-14-328462, 63117-14-331455, 63117-14-329435,
63117-14-336452, 63117-14-335436, 63117-14-337433, 63117-14-339453, 63117-14-340432,
63117-14-343455, 63117-14-345433, 63117-14-346454, 63117-14-351434, 63117-14-350448,
63117-14-353447, 63117-14-324478, 63117-14-309425, and 63117-14-278433.

The improvements and services to be provided within the
Town of Ontario Business Improvement District shall be as set forth in the
District Plan filed with the Town Clerk of the Town of Ontario, and the cost
of such improvements and services, together with the expense incurred by the
Town and the preparation of the plan for the District, shall be reimbursed
by the District to the Town. The method of assessment of District charges
shall be on an ad-valorem basis as set forth in said plan.
