[Adopted 7-10-1978 by L.L. No. 3-1978]
The term of office of the Town Highway Superintendent of the Town of
Ontario shall be four years, commencing with the term of the Town Highway
Superintendent elected at the next biennial Town election held after the effective
date of this Article.
This Article will be effective immediately after it has been approved
by a vote of the eligible voters held in the Town of Ontario and after the
proper filing and publication of Said Article as provided by § 27
of the Municipal Home Rule Law.[1]
