GENERAL REFERENCES
Subdivision of land — See Ch. 188.
Pursuant to Article 16 of the Town Law, the Planning Board is authorized and empowered to approve plans showing lots, blocks or sites, with or without streets or highways, within that part of the town outside the limits of any incorporated city or village and to pass and approve the development of plats already filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Rensselaer if such plats are entirely or partially undeveloped, and said Planning Board is authorized and empowered to approve or disapprove:
A. 
Changes in the lines of existing streets, highways or public areas shown on subdivison plat or maps filed in the office of the Clerk of said county.
B. 
The laying out, closing off or abandonment of streets, highways or public areas under the provisions of the Town and Highway Laws, within that part of said town outside the limits of any incorporated city or village.
A. 
Pursuant to the authority of the Town Law, this Town Board does approve Land Subdivision Regulations for the use of the Planning Board of the Town of Schodack.
B. 
A copy of this chapter shall be transmitted to the Planning Board for its record.
C. 
The Town Clerk is directed to forthwith file a certified copy of this chapter with the Clerk of Rensselaer County.
