No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully
or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with
any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the district
and/or town's sewerage works. Any person violating this provision
shall be subject to immediate arrest under a charge of disorderly
conduct.
An applicant must present a certificate of insurance
showing liability and property damage insurance, in an amount approved
by the Department, before a permit will be issued for construction
of service lines, which require connection to the sewer. The town
shall be a named insured. The applicant must also demonstrate that
appropriate permits which require insurance have also been obtained.
