For the purpose of providing increased take-home pay for members of
the Village of Tarrytown Police Pension Fund, the provisions of Chapters 336,
339 and 746 of the Laws of 1960 are hereby adopted and made applicable to
said Police Pension Fund to the same extent that they are presently applicable
to the New York State Employees Retirement System, effective as of the payroll
period ending April 28, 1960.
