The provisions of the above legislation are declared applicable to the
Village of Tarrytown.[1]

to cooperative or condominium ownership in certain cities, towns and villages
located in the counties of Nassau, Westchester and Rockland, which section
provides for a non-eviction plan for certain non-purchasing tenants.
A certified copy of this chapter shall be filed forthwith in the office
of the Attorney General of the State of New York at Albany, New York, so that
this legislation shall become effective in the Village of Tarrytown on the
30th day next succeeding the date of filing.
