Consistent with Part 617 of Title 6 of NYCRR and the criteria therein listed, the following geographic area is determined as a critical area of environmental concern by virtue of its exceptional and/or unique character:
A. 
Tarrytown Lakes Watershed Area: All land within the drainage basin of the Tarrytown Lakes bordered by the western boundary of the old railroad trestle property (Sheet 5, Parcel 70), the Mount Pleasant Town line, the Town of Greenburgh line to Union Avenue, Union Avenue to Putnam Avenue, Putnam Avenue west to Oak Street, Oak Street to Terrace Avenue, Terrace Avenue west to Sunnyside Avenue and the southern and western boundaries of the land defined on Sheet 13 as Parcel 1, Block 48. This land is reflected in the following Schedule A by sheet, block and lot numbers:
