Pursuant to the authority granted by § 20 of the Municipal
Home Rule Law, five (5) days is hereby fixed as the time required for the
public notice of a hearing on the adoption of a local law by the Council of
The City of Watervliet, which said public notice shall be given by publishing
the same in the official newspaper of the City of Watervliet.
