Editor's Note: See 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.
At any time, and in its sole discretion, the Borough Council shall have authority to rescind the authorization granted to any member of the fire police to use such blue light on his or her automobile or truck and shall report any such change to the Fire Chief, the Police Chief and the proper authorities of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and such change shall thereupon become effective.
