The Borough of Carlisle Police Pension Plan ("plan"), which
was established under the provisions of Pub. Law 1804, 53 Pa. C.S.A.
§ 761 et seq. (commonly referred to as "Act 600") for the
benefit of the Borough's police employees, and which has been amended
and restated by ordinances and resolutions of the Borough Council
thereafter, is hereby amended, supplemented and restated in its entirety
by adoption through this article of the Borough of Carlisle Police
Pension Plan attached to this article and incorporated by reference
herein as Exhibit A.[1]

The Borough of Carlisle Nonuniform Pension Plan
("plan"), which was established effective January 1, 1969, for the
benefit of the Borough's nonuniformed employees, and which has been
amended and restated by ordinances and resolutions of the Borough
Council thereafter, is hereby amended, supplemented and restated in
its entirety by adoption through this article of the Borough of Carlisle
Nonuniformed Pension Plan attached to this article and incorporated
by reference herein as Exhibit A.[1]
