A.
It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to hereafter erect within the Borough of Carlisle any utility wire, including an electric power company wire, above any public street or alley, including the rights-of-way of same, without prior approval of Borough Council.
B.
In the event that Subsection A hereof should be deemed invalid by the courts, it shall be unlawful for any person or entity to hereafter erect within the Borough of Carlisle a transmission line of an electric power company, or combination of such lines, of over 12 kilovolts without prior approval of Borough Council.
C.
In the event Subsections A and B hereof should be deemed invalid by the courts, it shall be unlawful for any person or entity to erect within the Borough of Carlisle a transmission line of an electric power company, or combination of such lines, of over 30 kilovolts without prior approval of Borough Council.
