In circumstances where no subdivision or land development plan is required, the Borough Engineer's approval of an SWM site plan authorizes completion of the regulated activities contained in the SWM site plan for a maximum term of validity of five years following the date of approval. The Carlisle Borough may specify a term of validity shorter than five years in the approval of any SWM site plan. Terms of validity shall commence on the date the Borough Engineer signs the approval for an SWM site plan.
