The Carlisle Borough Municipal Authority Drought
Contingency Resolution and accompanying Local Water Rationing Plan,
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby adopted as the
official policy and regulatory scheme of the Borough of Carlisle with
respect to the matters contained therein. The Borough Council shall
have the authority, at all times hereafter, to amend the resolution
and/or plan by further resolution duly adopted, and all such amendments
shall be incorporated herein as the official policy and regulatory
scheme of the Borough of Carlisle without further amendment of this
section.
