There shall be no smoking allowed in any portion
of the Catasauqua Municipal Complex. This prohibition shall include
all offices, squad rooms, utility rooms, meeting rooms, halls, and
lobbies.

Any person violating this article upon conviction
of the same shall be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 or imprisonment
of up to 90 days. Any person found guilty of violating an ordinance
shall be assessed court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees
incurred by the Borough in the enforcement proceedings.
