All Borough and special taxes, and all rental
for water as supplied by the Catasauqua Municipal Plant and assessed
against the property of the Catasauqua Park and Playground Association,
bounded by Chapel, Berks, Walnut and St. John Streets, are hereby
remitted, all water so supplied shall be under and subject to the
ordinances and regulations of said Borough, and all water pipes and
mains necessary for the purposes of said Association shall be laid
on said property of said Association by said Borough at the cost and
expense of said Borough.
Said remission of taxes and water rent shall
continue so long as the property of the Catasauqua Park and Play Ground
Association aforesaid shall be used for public park and playground
purposes for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Borough of Catasauqua,
and no longer.
