Cemeteries shall be regulated in accordance with Article XXVIII of the Borough Code, 53 P.S. § 47801 et seq.
Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to bury or inter deceased persons north of the line in the Borough which begins on the west side of Second Avenue, 102 feet south of the south side of South Street, being the north line of Haskells Addition to the Clarion Cemetery; thence at right angles with Second Avenue at a bearing North 59.5º West (present magnetic bearing) 300 feet to the present west line of Clarion Borough, and the burial or interment of deceased persons north of the above-described line is prohibited, under the penalty provided in § 74-3.

If any person or persons shall bury or inter, or cause to be buried or interred, any deceased person or persons north of the line particularly designated and described in § 74-2, and contrary to the provisions of this chapter, the person so offending shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $500 and costs of prosecution or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
